Holo Calendar ("this service") is an unofficial fan-made service developed and run by an individual that displays the stream and video schedules of hololive production talents in a calendar format. It is in no way affiliated with COVER Corp., hololive production, or its talents.

By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents of this page.

2. Copyright and intellectual property

• The copyrights and other rights to the stream/video titles, thumbnails, channel icons, descriptions, and other content displayed by this service belong to their respective owners (COVER Corp., the talents, YouTube, Twitch, etc.). This service displays them for schedule-viewing purposes only and claims no rights over them.
• This service is operated with respect for the spirit of COVER Corp.'s Derivative Works Guidelines.
• Rights holders who wish to request removal or correction of displayed content are asked to contact us via the Feedback page. We will respond promptly.

3. Data sources

• Upcoming and live stream information is obtained from Holodex, an unofficial API.
• Descriptions, start/end times, channel icons, and similar data are obtained using YouTube API Services. By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also see the Google Privacy Policy.
• Twitch stream status is obtained from the Twitch API.

4. Use of cookies and browser storage

This service uses cookies and the browser's localStorage for the following purposes:

• Anonymous identifier (cookie): a randomly generated anonymous ID is used to associate your member visibility settings, favorites, custom calendars, and feedback replies with your browser. No personal information such as your name or email address is collected.
• Display language (cookie): remembers your selected language (Japanese/English).
• Display settings (localStorage): stores your theme (light/dark), layout, sidebar state, and similar settings on your device.
• No third-party cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.

5. Access logs

To prevent abuse and understand usage, this service records IP addresses, browser information (user agent), referrer URLs, and access timestamps. This data is not used to identify individuals and is not used for any purpose other than the above.
